How to request Europass Mobility

The body promoting the transnational mobility project must register it; the NEC will send the login and password for access to the reserved area of the site to the promoting body by email. In this way the body can fill in the request for issue (form) of the Europass-Mobility document online.
After obtaining approval of the mobility project from the NEC, the promoting body will receive by email the word file of the Europass-Mobility document, which must be filled in together with the host body. The completed document will then be resent by email to NEC for quality control and the application of a validity code (personal identification number). The NEC will then send it back by email to the promoting body for delivery to the participant.
Requisites

• a formal agreement must be signed between the home and host body;
• the learning experiences abroad must last for at least 15 days;
• there must be a tutor with the job of supervising the activities of the participants.
