Can the National Europass Centre help me find work abroad
The National Europass Centre does not bring together supply and demand in the job market. It provides information on the European instruments aimed at ensuring transparent qualifications and competences and guaranteeing access to them by all. If you are looking for work abroad, you can insert your CV in the Eures databank at http://europa.eu.int/eures. The Ministry of Labour also offers a service at www.borsalavoro.it for those offering and looking for jobs in Italy and abroad.

Does the National Europass Centre provide information on worker mobility?
The National Europass Centre does not deal with legislation on worker mobility, but only with the transparency of qualifications and competences for EU citizens. As far as regards legislation in the field of employment in the EU, information can be found at the Ploteus portal, accessible from www.europa.eu.int/ploteus/

Where can I find the Europass CV and instructions for filling it in?
Information on the Europass CV (ECV) model can be found on the site of NEC Italy. For help filling it in, however, the NEC site links to the European portal dedicated to Europass www.europass.cedefop.europa.eu . The portal provides instructions for filling in the form and helps users with the most complex sections also thanks to some completed example CVs.

Can the Europass CV be downloaded in the languages of all the EU countries?
The ECV format is available in almost all the languages of the European Union and of the European Economic Area. You can download or fill in the form online in the chosen language at the portal www.euoropass.cedefop.europa.eu.

Will my Europass CV be visible online?
The Europass site does not have a databank for completed CVs. The European portal, where you can create your own Europass CV, only allows users to save the document in various formats: Word, Open Office, PDF, HTML. The portal also allows the model to be saved in XML format directly on your computer.

Who certifies the information contained in the Europass CV?
The Europass CV is a self-certified document and not a certificate that requires further validation. It is filled in directly by the interested party and is not issued by any authority appointed to certify the information it contains.
